CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Return & Refund Policy :      
  • Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
  • Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. 
  • For any returns or exchanges, please inform our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of Delivery of Product. After that period, we do not accept any return or exchange request.         

 

  • For Exchanges:
  • Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to exchange & also specify whether you would like to change the size or take another product.
  • New product(s) which you desire to receive should be the same value or more, compared to your exchanged product. In case it is of more value, you can pay the excess amount via COD/Online.
  • Once your exchange request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in ( all tags should be intact, ). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your exchange request & ship back the product to you. 

 

  • For Returns: 
  • At House of Dhaaga, we offer 100% store credits for COD orders to our customers in case you would like to return any of the products. The store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card that is valid for one year.
  • Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to return.
  • Once your return request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in ( all tags should be intact ). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your return request & ship back the product to you.
  • Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will issue you the gift card.
  • If the order was COD you will receive credit value of same amount in the form of Promo Code which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and you can redeem it towards future purchase.
  • We don't provide refunds for COD Orders/ Simply for Change of mind reasons.
  • Refund would be processed within 7 days after the product is received in good condition on original payment method if it was Prepaid Order.

 

  • NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • COD and Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Send the original invoice along with product without which we won’t be able process any request.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be approved.
  • Though we have critical standards on our quality requirements and every package was carefully checked before shipping, problems may occur at times during shipment. For any quality problem or our ignorance during shipment, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on our number or the mail id, we will put our efforts to solve and provide solutions for your satisfaction.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
